Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RSLV website (rslv.live) or applying to participate in any RSLV expedition. By accessing the site or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About RSLV

RSLV is a platform that organizes curated international travel experiences for entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders. We design and facilitate expeditions, cultural immersions, active routes, and business journeys. RSLV is not a licensed travel agency in the traditional sense; participation is subject to individual review and selection.

2. Eligibility

To participate in RSLV expeditions or use this website, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from participating by applicable law
• Meet any physical fitness or health requirements specified for a given expedition

RSLV reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

3. Application and Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. All applications are reviewed by the RSLV team. Acceptance is confirmed only in writing via email or direct communication from an RSLV representative. A spot is secured only upon receipt of a confirmation and payment (as applicable).

4. Payments and Pricing

• Prices for expeditions are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing
• All payments must be completed as specified in your participation agreement
• Prices may vary depending on group size, expedition format, and dates
• Applicable taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the participant

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ceo@rslv.live. The following terms apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees (up to 10%)
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
• Non-refundable fees paid to third parties (airlines, permits, accommodations) cannot be reimbursed

RSLV reserves the right to cancel or modify an expedition due to force majeure, insufficient participant numbers, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future expedition.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application
• Ensure you meet any physical fitness and health requirements for the expedition
• Obtain appropriate travel insurance for the duration of the trip (strongly recommended)
• Comply with all local laws and regulations in the destination countries
• Respect other participants, guides, and local communities
• Follow the instructions of RSLV staff and local guides at all times
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation

7. Risk Acknowledgment

RSLV expeditions may involve physical activity, remote locations, altitude, and conditions that carry inherent risk of injury or death. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and confirm that you are voluntarily engaging in the expedition with full awareness of the associated hazards.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical evacuation insurance prior to departure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RSLV and its organizers, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death during or related to an expedition
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by third parties or force majeure
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of our website

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the RSLV website — including text, design, images, logos, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of RSLV and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

Photos and videos taken during RSLV expeditions may be used by RSLV for promotional purposes. If you do not consent to such use, please notify us in writing before or during the expedition.

10. Code of Conduct

RSLV is a curated community. We expect all participants to uphold a high standard of conduct. RSLV reserves the right to remove any individual from an expedition, without refund, who:

• Engages in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward others
• Endangers the safety of other participants or guides
• Violates local laws or regulations
• Acts in a manner inconsistent with the values and spirit of the RSLV community

11. Privacy

Your use of the RSLV website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.

13. Changes to Terms

RSLV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or participation in expeditions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

RSLV — платформа, организующая кураторские международные путешествия для предпринимателей, инвесторов и лидеров. Мы разрабатываем и проводим экспедиции, культурные погружения, активные маршруты и бизнес-путешествия. Участие осуществляется на основе индивидуального рассмотрения и отбора.

2. Требования к участникам

• Возраст от 18 лет
• Правовая дееспособность для заключения договоров
• Отсутствие законодательных ограничений
• Соответствие физическим и медицинским требованиям конкретной экспедиции

RSLV оставляет за собой право принять или отклонить любую заявку по собственному усмотрению.

3. Заявка и отбор

Подача заявки не гарантирует участие. Все заявки рассматриваются командой RSLV. Подтверждение участия происходит только в письменной форме. Место считается забронированным лишь после получения подтверждения и оплаты.

4. Оплата и стоимость

• Цены указаны в долларах США и могут изменяться до письменного подтверждения бронирования
• Оплата производится в соответствии с условиями участия
• Цены могут варьироваться в зависимости от формата, размера группы и дат

5. Отмена и возврат

• Более 60 дней до отъезда: полный возврат за вычетом комиссии (до 10%)
• 30–60 дней до отъезда: возврат 50%
• Менее 30 дней до отъезда: возврат не производится
• Невозвратные сборы третьих сторон возврату не подлежат

RSLV вправе отменить или изменить экспедицию в случае форс-мажора, соображений безопасности или иных обстоятельств вне нашего контроля. В этом случае участники получат полный возврат или кредит на будущую экспедицию.

6. Обязанности участника

• Предоставлять достоверную информацию в заявке
• Иметь страховку, покрывающую медицинскую эвакуацию
• Соблюдать законы стран назначения
• Уважать других участников, гидов и местные сообщества
• Следовать указаниям представителей RSLV и гидов
• Сообщить о медицинских ограничениях, которые могут повлиять на участие

7. Признание рисков

Экспедиции RSLV могут включать физическую активность, удалённые районы, высоту и условия, сопряжённые с риском для здоровья и жизни. Участвуя в экспедиции, вы признаёте и принимаете эти риски.

8. Ограничение ответственности

В максимальной степени, допустимой применимым законодательством, RSLV не несёт ответственности за:

• Травмы, болезни или смерть во время экспедиции
• Утрату или повреждение личного имущества
• Задержки, изменения или отмены по вине третьих лиц или форс-мажор
• Косвенный или случайный ущерб

9. Интеллектуальная собственность

Весь контент сайта RSLV является интеллектуальной собственностью RSLV. Копирование или распространение без письменного согласия запрещено. Фото и видео с экспедиций могут использоваться RSLV в промоцелях. При несогласии уведомите нас письменно.

10. Кодекс поведения

RSLV — кураторское сообщество с высокими стандартами. Мы вправе отстранить от участия (без возврата средств) участника, допустившего:

• Харассмент, дискриминацию или оскорбления
• Угрозу безопасности других участников
• Нарушение местных законов
• Поведение, противоречащее ценностям RSLV

11. Конфиденциальность

Использование сайта также регулируется нашей Политикой конфиденциальности, которая является неотъемлемой частью настоящих Условий.

12. Применимое право

Настоящие Условия регулируются нормами применимого международного права. Споры разрешаются путём переговоров, а при невозможности — посредством обязательного арбитража.

13. Изменения Условий

RSLV вправе изменять настоящие Условия в любое время. Изменения публикуются на данной странице. Продолжение использования сайта означает принятие обновлённых Условий.
